The company was born as DECOMI (Business Development and Consulting for the Appropriate Management of Investment) in 2007, a company that still exists and operates in Honduras, serving natural and corporate clients in Leadership and Financial Culture issues at a national level.
In 2010, a working relationship was initiated in strategic alliance with the Institute of Financial Culture led by Dr. Andrés Panasiuk and we began to participate in Central America in countries such as Guatemala, together with the Institute of Financial Culture that had operational offices in that country; always in the same themes that are our main axes: Leadership and Financial Culture.
In 2017, after having been certified and associated in a strategic alliance with some international organizations such as GLOBAL PRIORITY SOLUTION, EQUIP, MAXWELL LEADERSHIP, RISE, ELAI, CROWN FINANCIAL MINISTRIES, Among others, the company made its first name change to “INTEGRAL TRANSFORMATION”. By then, we were already developing our own programs and were positioning ourselves with some clients in Latin America.
In 2019, after consulting with American Export, who are now one of our Ambassadors and Strategic Allies in charge of the Internationalization of Companies to the USA, they recommended that we become a company based in the USA. The company then opened the LLC in Miami, FL and joined a business consultancy with one of our strategic allies, R&G Telecom Group, who recommended that we change our business name when starting operations in the United States.
The LLC was born in the USA under the name of UPPING LIFE GROUP LLC., a company dedicated to “IMPROVING THE LIVES OF STRATEGIC LEADERS IN STRATEGIC PLACES WHO WITH THEIR LIVES ARE “TRANSFORMING THE WORLD”.
Until now, our approach has been individual and personalized. However, since we are constantly growing and transforming, we have simplified and redefined our approach for this year 2024, expanding our vision: 'We improve the world by helping strategic leaders in strategic places improve their LIVES.
This allows us to serve organizations, communities and countries that seek and yearn for genuine transformation in a more effective, efficient and excellent way.
To further extend the reach into new international markets globally, the parent company has decided to create an accelerated Strategic Allies and Ambassadors program.
We firmly believe that Leadership and the correct implementation of a solid Financial Culture based on solid Principles and Values can transform a life, so that this transformed life can transform its closest environment: its Family. A transformed family can be an agent of change in its work circle of influence; and the company, in turn, can transform a community; and a transformed community can be a manager of national transformation and, thus, a nation that experiences transformation, transforms the world. Finally, with With all this, we are generating and promoting GLOBAL INTEGRAL HAPPINESS.
To achieve this, we have specialized in creating, developing and implementing scientifically proven and tested programs and methodologies that directly impact the basis of the belief system, will, principles and values of each participant, thus ensuring free decision-making and personal criteria with respect to change, respecting their free will and integrity as an individual who is a fundamental part of the transformation.
We promote responsibility towards our common home and our peers, in building legacies that transcend beyond individual interests, in order to inspire emerging generations and ensure the sustainability of organizations, companies, institutions and nations.

Businesswoman, Coach and International Trainer who over the years has created, developed and implemented comprehensive leadership development and financial culture programs. As a marketer and specialist in human behavior, I have dedicated the last 7 years to the systematic and in-depth investigation of people's identity, purpose and assignment for the successful achievement of their life projects.
